I always stay at this hotel in Hanga Roa. The staff helped me with plug adaptors during my first stay. It suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, car park, swimming pool, and flat-screen TV. I keep coming back for my city break.

The hotel offered free transportation from the airport, which was a nice touch. The staff was helpful and attentive to my needs throughout my stay. the breakfast provided a decent variety of food options to choose from.
While the hotel was in a good location for exploring the area, the rooms were outdated and could have used maintenance. There was also construction work going on during my stay, which was noisy and disruptive.

The free bicycle rentals were a great perk and made it easy to explore the area. the tourist information provided by the staff was also helpful and allowed us to make the most of our time. the location was fairly convenient and close to the main road.
The rooms were quite old and outdated with uncomfortable beds. the bathrooms and overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired.

The location of the hotel was convenient for its proximity to the airport and easy access to the main road. the staff was friendly and helpful. the swimming pool was appealing and inviting.
The condition of the hotel wasn't up to par. the room was unclean and smelly, and the pool wasn't adequately maintained.

During my recent stay at Hotel Hotu Matua, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and excellent service I received. The staff went out of their way to make me feel special, offering me lei's upon arrival and even upgrading my room. The suite I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with two bedrooms and a sitting area. Despite the hotel being under construction, the staff did their best to accommodate me and ensure my stay was enjoyable. Plus, being able to rent a car directly from the hotel was a great convenience.
